With a proven background in contracts and commercials and a developed sense of leadership and innovation I transformed the Contract Management team into a professional, delivery focused, resilient and highly performing group within Wholesale Supply. My systematic approach to problem solving and project management enabled me to overhaul and implement robust systems/processes ensuring sustainability within the organisation.

Strong client management enables me to act as the interface between clients and key stakeholders. This involves developing relationships and overseeing procurement of new business opportunities within the wholesale division at CommSec. I facilitated a multi-million-dollar contract renegotiation which drove long term guaranteed revenue for CBA.

During this timeframe, I was responsible for the supplier governance and commercial management of CBA’s key strategic IT partners. This involved a high level of vendor management, negotiation, driving successful project outcomes with a focus on optimisation to facilitate growth opportunities and cost savings. I led the systemisation of a contract management tool which was rolled out bank wide.

I held a lead role in the $300M Enhanced Telecommunications (ETP) program during the CBA’s vendor transition. I worked within the commercial team, managing stakeholders, negotiating outcomes from a contracts and commercial perspective and delivered a compliant governance program.

My financial operational role during this period involved managing the accounts payable platform from analysis reporting to process evaluation and compliance. I oversaw multiple projects including the development of integrated databases for APAC and South America.

Within this timeframe, I commenced my role as an Analyst. Due to the joint venture between AT&T & BT, I worked on a program that facilitated the transition by developing an asset management database solution during the migration.
