I worked in a fast paced deli environment whose main focus was customer service. Other duties included prep work , cooking , cleaning and sanitizing work area. I prodiced and assembled food items for sale i.e.(sandwiches, salads, and party trays). I stocked and merchandised sales floor and ordered product. I helped control shrink and inventory and helped train new partners.

I was in charge of the front end in this fast paced grocery store where I hired and trained all front end partners. I created a fun relaxed work environment that was effective and efficient . I communicated with customers and addressed any issues in a timely manner. I built a schedule for the front end personnel and addressed any issues with attendance or work related issues on an as needed basis.

I was responsible for hiring and training all store personnel. Stocking and merchandising sales floor, controlling inventory and shrink. I focused on customer service to achieve sales goals and created a fun relaxed work environment.
