Director of Operations for a 513 room hotel with over 40,000 square feet of meeting space located on Hilton Head Island. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes and the implementation of programs and procedures to acheive optimum results in revenue, costs and guest satisfaction.

Intercontinental Hotels Group FranchiseGeneral Manager of an Intercontinental Hotels Group corporate hotel and banquet/conference center in the Savannah area reporting to the Board of Directors. Direct Reports include Front Office Manager, Sales Manager/Coordinator, Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, Chief Engineer, Food Service Manager, Guest Experience Champion and a staff of 25 associates.

Intercontinental Hotels Group FranchiseDirector for both the Food and Beverage department and the Sales and Marketing department simultaneously for a 202 room, $8.5 million dollar Intercontinental Hotels Group oceanfront resort hotel. In each key position candidate worked independently as well as cooperatively with Executive Team. Direct Reports included Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Banquet Manager, Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Catering Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator and staff of 40 associates.
