My name is Lisa, I have over 19 years experience in the insurance industry. I am extremely well organized and good at managing time. Two of my passions are leadership and learning. I continually challenge myself with taking on new and exciting projects for myself and team. Great communication skills and attention to detail. My favorite aspect of my job is leading others to their fullest potential. I love to encourage and challenge my team members to meet and exceed their goals. Day to day responsibilities include managing a team of staff who engage in requirements/testing/training support for an array of projects, including state and product expansion for personal and commercial claims, documents, and long-term transformational claims projects. One of my favorite hobbies include being a leader for a Girl Scout troop. It combines fun, crafts, teaching and learning with leadership to shape the next generation of strong female leaders.
