Serve as a resource for HR to troubleshoot Workday system, reporting, and security issues. Play a key role in implementing new Workday functionality, including ongoing benefits changes and enhancements. Work to continuously improve HR processes, optimize efficiencies and ensure data integrity by utilizing the Workday business process framework. Provide support to Service Center staff on escalated issues. Manage leave administration and FMLA.

Provide subject matter support to HR Service Center and team of HR Business Partners as a part of the Total Rewards Center of Expertise. Provide assistance to resolve escalated health claims issues by acting as a liaison between staff members and insurance providers. Coordinate staff leaves of absence including infant care leave, medical leave, and FMLA administration. Manage ADA requests and accommodations. Process retirements and help active staff transition to retirement. Manage domestic partner records and benefit taxation. Organize flu shot clinics and assist in setting up annual staff days/health fairs and financial fair. Was part of a small team of people who worked to implement Workday HCM including benefits and absence management.
