Provide leadership to the Project AWARE Local Education Agency Facilitate strategic planning with various service providers (community partners and stakeholders) in order to develop a collaborative continuum system of behavioral health services and support that includes early identification and intervention.Provide oversight and guidance for staff (school behavioral health consultants)Analyze data in conjunction with the evaluation team; maintain an automated database to prepare statistical reports. Develop and organize a training infrastructure for Youth Mental Health First Aid Review policies and procedures related to behavioral health to ensure a continuum of evidence-based services as well as appropriate sharing of information across agencies and with familiesCoordinate the community mental health partnership program; Provide day to day oversight of the grant project, ensuring the key activities occur on schedule, data and reports are written as required, and compliance with BCPS policies/procedures

Provide individual and family counseling to students with emotional disabilities in a level 5 Baltimore City public school

Provide individual and group therapy to 6 adolescent males in a group home setting.

Provide school-based therapy to a caseload of 15-20 students.
