• General office duties include but not limited to: front office first point of contact; answering multi-line phone; copying; faxing; scanning; filing; billing; running reports; composing and sending correspondence• Collect and post monthly rent payments; track late payments• Track and complete yearly re-certification packets for each unit including annual Occupancy Agreement; tracking of Renter’s Insurance & Vehicle Registration• Process applications including credit & criminal background checks; verify rental & employment history• Enter and maintain applicants, new residents and renewed residents in Onesite property management system• Maintain confidential resident lease files• Maintain prospect statistics spreadsheet• Enter & track resident Work Orders• Open & close office• Book events for community room• Coordinate monthly newsletter• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws
