Lisa guides hospital and health system executive leadership and planning teams in developing clinical/business models to prepare for the high-value health care era. She also leads strategic planning projects to help organizations increase market share, foster alignment with providers, improve profitability and optimize care delivery.As an enterprise strategy thought leader, Lisa directs the development and delivery of various Sg2 Intelligence offerings, including publications, educational events and analytical tools. Her areas of expertise include the hospital campus of the future, site of care shifts, ambulatory strategy and service distribution. She is a frequent speaker at Sg2 events, client education sessions and national conferences.Lisa also provides leadership oversight for Sg2’s proprietary forecasting engine, the Impact of Change®, which projects 10-year patient demand across inpatient and outpatient services. Previously, she led Sg2’s cancer and women’s health service line research teams.Before joining Sg2, Lisa was a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Neurobiology at Northwestern University. She earned her PhD at Binghamton University, SUNY, where she received the 2003 Distinguished Dissertation Award. She holds a BS from Boston College.
