As a Communications Project Manager on Shell`s production team supporting External Relations, I was accountable for the delivery of communication material for external and internal audiences, either digitally or in print, for Shell Canada, RoyalDutch Shell and Shell`s Joint Venture project LNG Canada. Key accountabilities included managing a series of projects throughout its lifecycle and delivering world class communication material, meeting or exceeding the needs of (senior) internal stakeholders, all while delivering each project on time and within budget. I delivered this through excellent working relationships with all stakeholders to maximize the volume of work completed by Shell`s production team. In addition, I developed and maintained positive working relationships with third party suppliers such as in- or out sourced local and international creative agencies, print management company and other suppliers of (digital) communication material and services. Key accomplishements:- I delivered innovative communications to promote the launch of Shell's Quest Carbon Capture and Storage project for both internal and external audiences.- I managed the complete video production process for both 2D and 3D animated videos for both Shell and LNG Canada- I was one of two project managers selected to manage and deliver strategic visual communications for Shell's Joint Venture project, LNG Canada,- As a brand ambassador for Shell, I was responsible for brand standardization and compliancy for each project.- I developed event materials to support Shell's initiatives following the wildfifies in Fort McMurray- I led the design and delivery of communication visuals for Shell's flagship event, Shell Eco Marathon Americas.- I implemented the creative concepts for Shell's Retail campaign, highlighting product promotions through print and digital materials.

I learned a lot about Shell's refining business and social investment portfolio, implementing my writing skills for various media; web and print. I wrote press releases, conducted interviews and wrote articles for Shell's digital newsletter and provided support on communicatiion design projects for Shell's Downstream operations. A key accomplishment to note was my work leading internal communications to promote the launch of a brand new intranet portal for Shell's Downstream business.
