Tēna koutou katoa, ko Lisa Steed tōku ingoa. I am currently employed by Poutama Pounamu at the University of Waikato where I work as an administrator/project manager. I love connecting and supporting people as well as the analytical side of researching and implementing change that challenges entrenched thinking. I have recently completed a masters in politics exploring the connection between neoliberal thinking and precarious employment.I am what is often referred to as a generalist, in that I have a skill set that is diverse and adaptable. I have a quick intelligence and a enquiring curiosity that helps to ensure my success in any role.I have managed staff and run my own business. More recently however, my career has shifted to be situated in an more academic area.
