The Foundation for Future London appointed me to design and lead a capacity-building programme for Years 2, 3 and 4 of its Westfield East Bank Creative Futures Fund. Working with the Foundation team, Westfield Stratford City and other stakeholders my role involves designing and implementing a capacity-building programme that will make a true impact on the local communities across East London and also contribute towards the outcomes required through the Westfield East Bank Creative Futures fund.

In a voluntary capacity, since 2005 I've supported vulnerable young people with appeals, complaints, and helped them access support services and legal representation. Securing many successful outcomes, including contributing to a public enquiry and instigating a complaint which led to a change in policy within the specialist forensic mental health services for offenders with Personality Disorder, part of the East London Mental Health Trust.

While caring for family, I worked as a volunteer, raising funds and developing school and community projects. I secured grants, sponsorship, and valuable partnerships, including, Barclays, The Big Lottery Fund- Reaching Communities, Children In Need, UnLtd, Ford Britain Trust, Poplar HARCA, and a number of local organisations.
