I love my work. I run a busy regional criminal law practice. I have a real client focus with a very high success rate. I am a capable and efficient lawyer and advocate. Although my passion is criminal law, I have experience in a broad range of litigated matters and can provide strategic and effective representation to clients on a range of matters. I regularly appear as an advocate in defended hearings and sentence matters in the Local Court and work as both an advocate and instructing solicitor in various other Courts and tribunals, including the District Court (civil and criminal matters), Fair Work Commission, NCAT and Federal Circuit Court. I am appointed to Legal Aid NSW's Criminal Law Panel and can act for eligible clients on a legally aided basis.I am committed to running my practice in a socially responsible way which takes into account the difficulties some clients, through no fault of their own, can have in accessing justice and effective legal representation. In appropriate matters I am prepared to act on a pro bono, fixed fee or reduced fee basis.I am on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia and am a member of a number of professional bodies.
