• Provide support to the Financial Director.• Oversee all daily operations of association, Executive Assistant to the President/CEO.• Board of Directors and Committee support.• Main point of contact for membership support services, database management.• Non-Dues Income Program Management.• Website, Social Media and Email Marketing support, including basic knowledge of html.• Facilitate webinars.• Oversee all new hires. Train/delegate work in office and on-site locations.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 100, Quickbooks, Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe Photoshop CC 2018.• Meeting Planning, Event and Convention Management.• Create PowerPoint presentations for annual and regional meetings and operate AV.• Daily accounting, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank deposits, reconciliation, month end reports, annual certification of revenue.• Extremely detail oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills, accustomed to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
