With 16+ years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and IT industries, I have many opportunities to help small businesses to reduce non-compliance risk, drive operational effectiveness, and grow their business.In and out of the office, I am driven by opportunities to help others and to make a positive difference in others’ lives. Understanding what matters most in life, keeps me grounded and allows me to focus on life experiences rather than the material things in life. I love a good challenge, and I’m always looking for opportunities for improvement, and to find new solutions to common problems. I believe it’s my honest, “go-getter” approach to life, that enables me to deliver value to my clients. I have been fortunate to make authentic connections throughout the years, which have grown into strong, genuine relationships. And anyone who knows me would tell you I am authentic and operate with the highest integrity.I live out one of EmPower HR’s pillars, which is to “GIVE BACK.” As a company, we are involved in supporting many charities throughout the Midwest, including volunteering for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Member Engagement Committee and the ACG Columbus WiT Committee.When I’m not working, I love the outdoors, and traveling to different beaches around the country! I also enjoy swimming laps for my exercise, spending time with family, and just having a little “me” time!
