Early childhood education professional who has been fortunate enough to pursue my passion and cultivate my expertise over the last 25 years. I am currently employed by Cognia, an international school improvement and accrediting organization as the Vice President of Early Learning Services. My previous experience includes state QRIS leadership, university faculty, instructional coach and dual certified (special education and regular education) early childhood educator. As I have progressed through my career, one thing has remained constant, my commitment to supporting others in their continuous improvement journey. From individuals as an instructional coach to schools as a QRIS leader to systems in my current role. Identifying growth opportunities and effecting positive change is what I enjoy and excel at.
