Fertility Centers of Illinois Glenview, ILOrganization offering multiple treatment options for infertility problems. Ensure effectiveness of HR processes working in collaboration with HR Director and corporate HR department in addition to investigating HR law as needed and updating employee data.Directly responsible for the handling of day to day HR needs for over 200 employees in the Chicagoland area; assist with employee relations, problem solving, benefits education, and HRIS data changes.Establish and revise company Policies and Standard Procedures (PSPs), job descriptions and employee handbook .Administer employee benefit plans; manage billing and claims resolutions for insurance carriers and oversee all aspects of Open Enrollment process.Post available positions both internally and externally, assemble new hire packets, verify employment applicants' references and data and meet with new employees to complete necessary paperwork. Configure and update company organizational chart as well as partner with other departments to minimize duplicate work and maximize employee satisfaction.Coordinate with Directors and Management to promote employee compliance to company policies as well as company adherence to Sarbanes-Oxely requirements and increase staff retention.Research and report on Workers' Compensation claims as well as assist employees with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes and execute appropriate documentation.Additional Positions with Fertility Centers;Office Manager, Oakbrook Terrace, IL.Assistant to Human Resources Director / Assistant to Managed Care Director / Office Supervisor, Glenview, IL
