Senior Analyst role will continue to support data conversion activities for the PTP and OTC workstreams. Responsibilities will also include assisting management and support all functional activities associated with the delivery of data conversion activities. Contributes to the long term technical vision for data conversion platforms and the data conversion team, advancing the data conversion capability at Stryker.

Member of the Data Conversion team that is part of the global Stryker project that is converting all divisions to SAP ERP for their commercial business. Work as the liaison between business and developers to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes. Assisted Stryker to integrate Gaymar applications and data after acquisition. Responsible for managing and completing numerous projects ranging from financial systems to manufacturing, quality and operations to sales and marketing incorporating requirements gathering, documentation, development, testing/validation, implementation, training and maintenance support. Creation of SDLC and software validation procedures, execution of the Master Validation Plan, serve as validation expert for IT and was a member of the Internal Audit team. Major team member in developing and managing the Gaymar Website (www.gaymar.com) working with multiple business users for contribution. Installed multiple AS/400s for production and disaster recovery purposes and accountable for all AS/400 maintenance and third party packaged software. Created and tested DR AS/400 procedure. Managed project to integrate new company (Waterloo Bedding) into current homegrown software with both Canadian and US currency. Participation in operations and support for the AS/400 and Novell Network NetWare 3.11. EDI coordinator for purchase orders and special pricing. Developed Purchase Orders & Expediting Fax reports from the AS/400 to WordPerfect to a fax server. Redesigned BPCS Cash Posting system to be more efficient.
