I have been in the early Childhood industry for over 22 years, having started off as an educator while completing my diploma studies and then moving to a lead educator role on completion. Over the years I have worked my way up the early education ladder to being an early Childhood director for over 15 years now. I am three year tertiary educated in Early Childhood, holding my diploma and advanced diploma in children’s service. I also hold 75% completion in my Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).The main aspect of my job as an Early Childhood Director is management and administration, which always provides daily challenges and a whole lot of variety, which I really enjoy and thrive on. My first love though, is having daily interaction and communication with the children, which gives me great satisfaction as I sit back and watch them grow and learn under the guidance of my well qualified teachers. My motto is "Strive to Achieve" on every level, every day, of every month, of every year of our lives.
