I'm an Early Years Educator at Busy Bees Nursery in Reading. I have experience in babies' room and in Toddler's room. I really enjoying working with children. I'm a hard worker, I like work as part of a team, I like to share ideas with my colleagues. Actually I'm also Equality and Diversity Co-ordinator. In this role I organise events respecting different cultures and religions, making activities with children and a display with the events.

Mainly supporting children and teenagers through primary and high school, I was both assigned to work as dedicated teacher and as point of support for the families. I participated in several projects aimed to develop team abilities and skills for life. That included developing a biowatching laboratory and assisting in psicomotricity sessions for children aged between 6 and 9, support teacher for children with learning difficulties aged 1-15 years old at school.

The cooperative was primarily focused in helping to develop skills for life for teenagers and adults, assisting them to gain the required abilities to get access to jobs. That was achieved through a gradual process where the job was divided in simple tasks, which could be handled regardless of the disability. At the same time I led sessions to teach cooking, gardening and other manual activities, which involved manual ability and the use of tools to be handled with care.
