I started my fitness career in 2004 working as a group fitness instructor teaching a variety of classes including low impact aerobics, step aerobics, strength based classes, and yoga/pilates based mat programs. I became a certified Personal Trainer in 2006 and discovered I really enjoy working with people one-on-one. I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree from Oakland University in May of 2007 with a major in Wellness, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention and a minor in Exercise Science.For the past nine years I have been busy raising a family and running a household but I have recently begun to work as an event and travel planner on a part time basis for Core Financial Group. I would like to return to the fitness world in the near future.
