I am the CEO of LASTing Coach specializing in Leadership 1:1 and Group Coaching. I have over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with more than 20 years leading others. I have a master's degree in management and leadership, and I am an ICF ACC Certified Professional Coach. My purpose is to help leaders transition from functional to optimal. We all have a leadership superpower that I want to help others unlock. When a leader leads well the positive ripple effect is priceless.As a Quality Leader, I have led teams of more than 200 colleagues in both Quality and Manufacturing operations, with budget responsibility greater than 2M. I have implemented strategic initiatives and reorganizations to multiple teams for efficiency and effectiveness gains, and created and led a Quality specific CMO department, working with more than 40 customers. I have extensive regulatory inspection and customer audit experience, and I have been a distinguished speaker and a subject matter expert on Quality Technical Agreements and CMO relationships. As a Coach, I focus on leaders and helping them with their communication, confidence and relationships. I have also trained colleagues on GMPs, investigations, documentation practices, regulatory inspections, and risk assessments. I am passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and communication, and I use metric-based approaches, such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, to drive quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
