As the Manager of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Risk at Queensland Sugar Limited (QSL), I oversee the development and implementation of EHS and risk management strategies, policies, and procedures for the largest raw sugar marketer and exporter in Australia. I have more than 15 years of experience in occupational health, safety, and hygiene across various industries, including health care and education.My core competencies include HSE management systems, HSE systems auditing and internal audit program development, procedure and program development, training, HAZOP, change and project management. I hold a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from The University of Newcastle and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Hygiene from Deakin University. I am passionate about creating a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace culture that supports QSL's vision, mission, and values.
