I am a public library director at a mid-sized library on the Connecticut shoreline. I manage a library of approximately 150,000 items, 30 full and part time employees and a budget over a million dollars. I had a previous career in higher education administration as an academic advisor and student life specialist. I have a current interest in volunteering to provide library services and higher education to incarcerated women. I'd also like to make a documentary film within the next ten years.
