My passion lies in applying solid scientific principles to solve complex technical problems, particularly in the fields of human health risk assessment, environmental exposure assessment, public health, and product safety. I am a dedicated, internally motivated, detail-oriented scientist, engineer, and project manager who enjoys meeting a challenge, forming collaborative relationships, keeping things organized, and bringing my best to what I do.I have more than 15 years of broad professional experience as a consultant in environmental health science and toxicology, human health exposure and risk assessment, remedial site investigation and characterization, regulatory compliance, product safety, and engineering:• As an environmental health scientist, I have executed deterministic and probabilistic (i.e., Monte Carlo) human health risk assessments for cancer and noncancer health endpoints from exposures to chemicals in various environmental media, and provided toxicological, regulatory, litigation, and data analysis support to my clients.• As a chemical/environmental engineer, I have supported my clients in the research, design development, implementation, closeout, and documentation stages of environmental remediation and construction projects involving contaminated soil, sediment, and groundwater.• I have experience evaluating such chemicals as PCBs, dioxins and furans, petroleum hydrocarbons, PAHs, chlorinated solvents, arsenic, lead, pesticides, PFAS, and Proposition 65-listed chemicals.
