After successful RFP of travel management companies, I worked with our new partner to construct a more efficient and dynamic travel system for the company. With the implementation of a robust Concur online booking system, we were able to integrate the updated company travel policy with the online system to provide a more streamlined process which allowed a more efficient approval process, saving the company both time and money. After having the Concur Travel system in place for a bit, I worked as project manager to implement the Concur Expense system to allow our travel system to work hand-in-hand with the expense system to once again improve our company's systems and increase productivity. This freed up many manhours for the A/P team who had previously been overwhelmed with the tedious manual process that had been in place. This improved efficiency and decreased errors significantly.
