Infinis plc/Novera Energy plcSenior Finance Manager• Responsible for management of Treasury function and bank relationships of four project finance facilities including reporting requirements, submission of models, management of hedging relationships, and the cash flow forecasting for the combined group.• Completed initial integration following Infinis’s acquisition of Novera Energy plc (Dec 2009) transferring the corporate and operational finance teams from London/Warrington to Northampton. Financial Controller, Novera Energy plc, a London based renewable energy company with renewable operational assets (Landfill Gas, Hydro and Wind) and a development business for onshore wind. • Management of the finance team remotely, which had 11 employees, based in Warrington; • Assisted in defence of hostile takeovers (June 2008 and October 2009) increasing the final offer price from 62.5p to 77p;• Responsible for consolidated monthly and annual results including monthly cash flow forecasting, budgeting, payroll and maintaining banking relationships, compliance and reporting;• Responsible for full glossy Annual Reports for the financial years ended 2007 and 2008 with technical accounting areas including share based payment schemes, fair value accounting, interest rate hedging and pensions;• Managed wind finance facilities under syndicate arrangements through financial close and construction phases including: hedging relationships, debt facility drawdown, equity true up at the end of the construction phase and the subsequent management of the project finance facility including repayments, reporting and compliance;• Responsible for monitoring the wind development portfolio to ensure that controls were in place to ensure appropriate investment criteria were met by development projects; and• Implementation of a new finance system
