I have been in the construction industry almost my whole life! My dad had me counting inventory at his plumbing & heating company when I was about 8 years old and my aunt Peggy taught me how to organize and run an office throughout my young adulthood. I moved to Phoenix in 2002 and I became an apprentice electrician for a few years with Econo-light. I moved into purchasing and warehouse management and then was offered a position with HD Supply, where I did inside sales for a few wonderful years. The economy unfortunately took a poop, and was laid off. However, I got a job in the PV Solar industry for a couple years, where I did purchasing, warehouse management and project administration. The company I worked for got themselves in a financial pinch and so I looked for work elsewhere, but ended up opening an LLC of my own - Green Product Sales. We got to be at the forefront of the LED lighting industry movement and partnered with some amazing manufacturers. We sold LED lightbulbs, solar lighting, windmills, and window film. It was a fantastic journey and I learned so much about business!! Unfortunately we were not extremely profitable, and my business partner and I decided to go separate ways. I was soon blessed to become a sales woman for Metro Tint professional window films. Over the years I helped grow this company with my customer service, project management and office management skills... I became the "heart of the company" as Mark liked to say. In 2019 I met my amazing husband Ryan and guess what... he is an electrician!! My favorite trade! He is also the owner of CNR electric, so it was pretty much a match made from heaven :) Ryan and I lived 72 miles apart though and so I had to retire from my position at Metro Tint and moved to Queen Creek where I am now a proud member of CNR Electric. I do office management, accounting, project management, scheduling, estimating and they even let me put my tools on sometimes and help rope our custom houses. I'm loving life today and I'm excited to grow another small business... especially with my husband!
