Accomplishments:Implemented a global corporate financial consolidation tool utilizing Hyperion System 9 (HFM) tool which provided monthly consolidated results to 300 global users. This resulted in a reduction of bookclose processing time by 30% and an increase in customer satisfaction. Designed and developed a System 9 reporting solution. As a result of this effort, management information was improved from monthly to weekly.Managed a team of 20 associates comprised of internal employees and contractors.Completed the Hyperion System 9 project ahead of schedule and under budget due to project management skills and established customer relationships.Recommended by IT Leadership to lead this project due to my previous consolidation experience and proven delivery record.

Accomplishments:Responsible for interfacing with various levels of CFO Organization management to define, prioritize, document and deliver against business initiatives requiring IT involvement. This role included Business Case Development to garner funding, technical writing in support of business requirements and budget, vendor and timeline management. Integral member of Merger/Acquisition teams to ensure new acquisitions could be incorporated into Avaya's systems and processes.

Accomplishments:Responsible for designing and implementing the Global Sales Compensation Detailed Validation Reporting Platform utilizing Incentive Systems and SAP's Business Warehouse (BW).Partnered with Finance and Sales Teams to ensure alignment with financial targets, system capabilities and incentive measurements.

Accomplishments:Project lead responsible for the successful implementation and management of Hyperion Enterprise 5.1 in support of Avaya's corporate consolidation platform. Managed a team of 10 responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements, creating Master Data, reporting hierarchies, financial reports and consolidation logic. Utilized Hyperion Application Link (HAL) to build a complex data extraction process to extract financial data from SAP's FI/CO module into Enterprise. Orchestrated functional and data integrity tests to ensure accuracy of consolidation functionality. Proven ability to understand financial reporting needs and translate them into system requirements.
