Began my industry Career in the year 2000. I have 7 years of customer/technical service experience, and 11 years of Managing and developing customer service departments, including policy’s and procedures, improving work flow procedures and implementing new processes within the department. Currently in inside and outside sales and customer relations, offering my expertise and knowledge to current and new clients how to better manage their waste, keeping clients in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
