I'm Lisa, a dynamic HR professional with extensive experience in business partnering, organisational development, and talent management.  Throughout my public sector career, I have been dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and creating impactful change, particularly for youth. My passion for developing talent and enhancing organisational culture drives me to build strategic partnerships that promote growth and innovation in organisations.  I'm committed to making a positive difference in the workplace and beyond and am particularly proud of achievements such as implementing the first Departmental graduate program, creating youth pathways for and winning the UWA Innovation Award for Work Integrated Learning in 2024.  I love talking all things youth, innovation and engagement - feel free to reach out!
