Responsible for service delivery for all moves to the Europe (and later also Africa) region. Taught 3 groups of student the course "Verwerking en Rapportage van Teksten 2". A course aimed at improving the academic writing skills of 2nd year Psychology students by having them write a paper. Developed introductory classes for the topics (health at work and conflictmanagement), explain and tutor one-on-one to improve the academic writing, motivate the students, assess their progress and grade the final papers
