Oversees the implementation and technical support of the HART contract management system (CMS). The system consists of Oracle Primavera software PCM, P6 and Microsoft SharePoint. The system is used by over 400 users to collaborate on the HART rail project, which will provide 21 miles of guideway and 21 stations in Hawaii. Manages and mentors a team of six (6) document control and technical support HART personnel. Developed the system requirements and the implementation strategy by facilitating meetings with HART and key project stakeholders, to help drive adoption of the HART CMS system. Leads presentations, demonstrations and interactive technical sessions with HART personnel and contractors. Provides industry expertise in cost management & project controls, including budgeting, progress, actuals, commitments, along with contract management including changes and variations, payment applications and claims, measuring performance, calculating earned value, and data analysis. Leads the discovery and analysis of existing processes and procedures used within HART through facilitation of workshops and assessments; Identify gaps and potential process improvements workshops programs and enterprise-wide deployments. Develop resources such as flowcharts, findings reports, training materials etc. for HART and HART contractors. Developed FTA cost reports and monthly cost reporting procedures to support the FTA monthly report. Established communication across all members of the projects team and departments within the HART organization by developing Departmental and Contract SharePoint sites. Responds to, and manages the prompt issue resolution and technical support issues for all stakeholders. Developed CMS knowledgebase for end-users to support HART management and stakeholders. Managed 3 major software upgrades and wrote requirements and managed contracts for Software Hosting consultants.

While living oversees worked remotely as a Primavera sub-consultant on several high profile projects in the United States: In New York City I provided Primavera software customization together with forms and reporting services for the new United Nations building project. This $100M project was funded by GSA and managed by Jacobs Engineering. For the $2.4B Goldman-Sachs World Headquarters project in New York City I provided consulting services to Tishman-Goldman Sachs group to automate their change order processes using Contract Manager and Infomaker to create financial reports. In Philadelphia provided services for the Philadelphia Convention Center Extension project to analyze their construction management processes and automate them in Contract Manager linked with P6.

As a Senior consultant I was part of several successful teams which provided implementation services of Primavera software: Orange Water and Sewer Authority, Chapel Hill, NC. Developer and trainer for the phased introduction of Primavera Expedition (PCM) for the management of the $100M 10-year municipal capital improvement program. Scope included analysis of present management practices, customization of Expedition (PCM) for a 10-user network environment, development of a Training/Procedures Manual and user training and support. New York City Schools Construction Authority. Reviewed, updated and expanded the Authority's use of P3 and Expedition (PCM) during the design and construction of educational projects with a construction value exceeding $2B. Tasks included staff training and coaching, custom form and report creation using lnfomaker. Established procedures for the use of the Cost Worksheet and Change Management Modules. Started working with NAVFAC as part of their PDC program which allowed me to work in several areas over 2 and half years including claims, contracts and as a project inspector and engineer in the field. These experiences provided me with an understanding of all aspects of design and construction processes. While working as a Program Manager for NAVFACENGCOM, I was responsible for providing needs assessments, work plan development, project management process development/enhancements, Primavera project management software configuration, training,to rollout on Navy projects located in Naples, Italy . I analyzed thier engineering and construction processes in order tocustomize and adapt the software accordingly. I created customized training materials, user manuals and lnfomaker reports. I designed and created web site to provide Internet access to contractors using Expedition (PCM) Express. Programmed applications to move legacy data to Expedition (PCM) and P3E using application integration software.
