I was responsible for directing all corporate, boutique and wholesale operations of the North American Jewellery Division and was responsible for all strategies/budgets for distribution, marketing, PR, product launches and visual merchandising programs. I was responsible for implementing and overseeing inventory management strategies, setting/achieving product forecasting, open sourcing, reducing obsolete inventory and product turnover goals. In doing so, I maintain regular reporting/communication with the international head office in London, UK. RESULTS ACHIEVED ► 100% sales growth in 2019 and 2020, and 77% sales growth in FY21 to reach $48 million in annual sales.►40% growth in retail revenue through shop expansion; overseeing boutique concept development, expansion and shop openings.► Significantly improved profitability and team structure/cohesion through the introduction of new business unit management practices.
