Experienced Behavior Analyst and VP of Operations, behind the growth of a large Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and pediatric therapy practice in Central New Jersey. I started as a behavior analyst (BCBA) doing in-home and in-school settings. I created the ABA department by creating high-quality ABA services through the use of strategic training procedures, creating a high-quality team, appropriate documents, workflows, and policy and procedures. Through the education and team building ABA was integrated with OT, PT, and Speech to create a collaborative environment that allows all clients to soar. The clients that have been serviced by the programs are in the clinic throughout the day including those hard-to-fill slots.I’ve managed finances and budgets, coordinated the opening of new clinics, created a pipeline to nurture therapists from school to full employment, led the transition to a new EMR system, and introduced new services to the practice. Success is a two-way street though, and we couldn’t accomplish what we have without our awesome therapists – so we’ve created opportunities and paths to advancement for them to get more involved. I take great pride in this: the practice of investing in our therapists results in our therapists becoming invested in the practice.
