All that work has brought me to this moment and a professional title that adequately reflects who I am and what makes me much more than a teacher. I am an Educational Therapist. I have worked with students of all ages and ability levels. However, I have worked almost exclusively supporting students with more complex learning needs for the past ten years. While many have a formal diagnosis, what truly matters are the specific skills needed and a personalized evidence-based plan to build progress, confidence, and independence. This is my area of expertise and passion. I have seen what’s possible when a whole-child approach is the foundation for addressing learning challenges and the skills that truly matter in life.
