A lot of behind the scenes work needed to happen around partner contracts to support this transaction. The process was not always straight forward, without roadblocks or direct discussions. I never needed to worry about this as I knew Lisa would get this done and she did. Lisa quickly emerged as a person who could "get stuff done" and developed great relationships across the leadership of Guidewire's various departments and with the Partner community. When she was promoted, she brought great talent to build the team and lead them thru additional projects like the relaunch of our alliance program and partner training program. Lastly, Lisa is gregarious, opinionated and brings a great sense of humor to the table that makes work seem less like “work”.
