• Calculating income and expense accruals for month end.• Budgeting & Forecasting• Fixed asset management• Month end journals• Balance Sheet Reconciliations• Month end reporting including financial reporting on major projects and cash flow forecasting for Management and Board Members• Other adhoc reporting including reporting on bank covenants for loans

• Preparation of month P & L statements for the areas shops and support accounts.• Preparation of a Consolidated Profit and Loss statement for the area.• Preparation of a month management report, which is a financial analysis of the area presented to the Area Leader.• Preparation of biannual shop and support account Budgets. Monthly forecast reports are to be prepared.• Bank reconciliations and internal audits on the shops trust accounts on a rotational basis. Shops to be visited and updated every 6 weeks.• Training of all financial systems and processes during audits and through structured courses directed at novice consultants, assistant managers and managers.• Updating and maintaining all licensing and administration of all shops.• Participate and contribute to area, state and nation conferences and monthly area awards nights.

Contract covering a maternity leave position.• Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts for month end.• Intercompany invoicing• Reconciliation of Intercompany Debtor and Creditor Accounts• BAS Calculations and Reporting• Calculation and journaling of Prepayments• Maintaining the Fixed Assets Register and Journaling Depreciation monthly.• Calculating and processing journals for payroll including payroll additions and deductions, annual leave, superannuation, long service leave and payroll tax.• Assisting the Financial Controller when required.• Give necessary support to the Human Resources Department and Payroll Office in terms of deductions and detected errors.
