Client Solutions Director for Bartech dedicated to supporting Kaiser Permanente.As a former Vice President of Client Solutions, I accepted a contract assignment with Kaiser Permanente (KP) subsequent to the bankruptcy of my employer, Ensemble-CHIMES Global (ECG).I enjoyed the opportunity that Bartech afforded me in my role as Client Solutions Director serving Kaiser Permanente. Although my responsibilities were multi-fold, my primary objective was to ensure program usage, growth, and effectiveness by doing everything that I could to help KP mitigate rogue spend for contingent workers.Throughout much of 2008 to the time I left, I was also identified as the Communications Lead for the ClickStaff program, where I partnered with internal KP Communicators to engage a comprehensive change management and grass roots marketing campaign.

In the role of Vice President for Client Solutions Group, my focus was to develop Executive relationships to strengthen endorsement and gain a deep understanding of business priorities such that ECG could provide optimal solutions.
