My name is Lisa Weakland. I am a proud mother of two, a military spouse, and have had an opportunity to live in some of America's most historical cities.These beautiful cities had inspired me to go back to school and complete my Bachelor’s in History. I graduated with honors from Liberty University in May of 2022.My passion is history and genealogy. I love to read historical genres, like biographies and historical fiction. I like to search archives, and I love to visit one of the old plantations, battlefields, or any of the historical gems found in America. I also run a historical social media page called “historical_usa” that focuses on America’s founding period.I volunteer at my area’s local museum and I love to share the history of this great country with others. My goal is to work in the historical field and preserve the story of America.
