Currently involved with Middlesex County Cricket Club in the capacity of Board Observer, and helping to increase the reach and benefits of the Players' Association. I have worked in a variety of roles, from sales and account management, through to event management, customer experience, training and education. These roles afforded me the opportunity to gain experience in many different sectors and business cultures. Ambitious, organised and with good vision, I possess the ability to understand, manage, communicate and build relationships with both internal and external customers at all levels. I have a proven track record in managing and building relationships with customers, consequently increasing revenues and customer loyalty.
