Founding Director, Interculturalist , Transferable Allyship Skills expert, facilitator, trainer, coach, mentor, disruptor and bridgebuilder. I have a commitment to enhancing equity and breaking down cultural barriers. I am also a strong and active advocate for ADHD awareness following my own diagnosis in 2022. I firmly believe in the power of dialogue and understanding. Creating safe spaces for meaningful and sometimes challenging conversations is what I do. It's about stepping out of our comfort zones to find common ground. Sometimes we need to get uncomfortable before we get comfortable! In 2015 I founded Interculture CIC. We focus on working at the intersection of differences through delivering events, running campaigns and delivering training on unconscious bias, transferable allyship, intercultural awareness and neurodiversity. Check out our website.I am fluent in Spanish and Italian and have over 2 decades of teaching experience. This work has taken me all over the world and grown my deep appreciation for diverse cultures and the value of inclusivity. If you're interested in any of me or what I do please get in touch. I love connecting with new people.
