Vendor Relationship Manager of 20+ supplemental vendors. Duties of evaluating all IT supplemental vendors, supervising day-to-day interactions and managing longer-term relationships. Responsible for numerous oversight duties, including negotiating and monitoring the length and substance of all IT supplemental contracts. High level accomplishments and responsibilities include:Creation and implementation of the Equifax Supplemental Vendor Governance Program. Creation of a Vendor Management Office news letter that will help communicate VMO's current projects and update the Equifax business Unit's, ITLT and Vendors on any new processes or standards.Facilitate creation of sourcing strategy to ensure Equifax business units are sourcing from the current available and preferred vendor pool for majority of their projects and spend. This means also ensuring that those preferred and approved vendors can meet the needs of the business units.Creation, deployment and governance over a Vendor Selection Exception Process. Guide the business units and ITLT on the appropriate path when looking for new resources. Ensure that all possible preferred Vendors and Approved Niche vendors cannot meet the demands before the business unit moves to the exception path.

More than ten years of IT experience with focus in Security, Risk mitigation and Access Control. Ensure Security and Audit requirements/standards are met and followed in all the processes that our Access Management team manages. Day to day activities with Identity and Access management and implementation of the Sailpoint Identity Manager tool. Work with Internal and external auditors daily to ensure compliance.Proven ability to create, implement and validate effective access management programs at the local and international level. Proven ability to lead, train and motivate individuals and teams.Responsible for the processes and integration of logical accesses for all Equifax systems into the Enterprise Access Management system. Works closely with custodians and business owners to board IDM request processes and to increase the level of efficiency into the provisioning of IT resources. Communicates with BU/COE’s in relation to integration with IDM or other consultative Identity & Access Management related items. Communicates with BU/COE’s project and technical resources to plan and resolve issues or action items during IDM integrations. Project manage IDM integrations, update schedule, check status, and work through issues while managing IDM integrations. Support the audit process for regulatory applications to strengthen Equifax IT governance process. Communicate with internal and external auditors as required for Identity & Access Management related questions. Support and maintain the Identity Manager application and interactions with, and communication to, the Access Management team on user account provisioning processes and support the Mainframe security team to manage Mainframe account provisioning aspects.
