Responsible for putting together bids for projects and presenting them to potential customers and current customers.Price materials with flooring representatives and order all flooring materials for projects. Make every effort to have materials on site and available for projects to begin on time. Accuracy is a must.Responsible for keeping detailed records of projects for billing purposes and completing billing for projects in a timely manner.Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the process to ensure a complete and smooth project and a satisfied customer.

Answering phones, data entry, scheduling, ordering office supplies and staff supplies for patient care, creating patient files, filing, reconciling patient records and submitting for billing, various reports, new hire paperwork and training, payroll, compile HR information for employees and keep information current.
