•Writer: Creative writer for multiple publications/websites providing commissioned opinion and/or research-led pieces; managing multiple social media pages for a variety of clients. •Freelance Reader/Assistant: Reading submissions from London Literary Scouting and providing detailed, opinionated reports. •Actor/Voiceover Artist: Self-employed actor/musician including Sunny Afternoon (No.1 UK Tour); Sky Arts TV and Royal Court, Liverpool. As a VO artist, I have collaborated extensively with Lyca Radio for their productions promotions which include: Tilda Rice & Hasu Travel. •Musician & Composer: Lyricist/Songwriter for ‘The Sun Shines for Everyone’ working with charity Black Books Matter UK for their inaugural Theatre-in-Education tour. As a music artist, I have toured the UK extensively opening for major-label artists on their UK tours as well as being heavily supported by local BBC radio including BBC Introducing and BBC 6 Music. Most recently: lead vocalist for the global World Mental Health Day campaign 2020.

•Administrative Assistance: First point of contact for customers; scheduling appointments and meetings between directors/engineers, customers and/or suppliers; inbox management (responding to all queries within a 24-hour period); managing customer complaints; file and respond to postal correspondence; ordering office materials and equipment; assist with social media and educational creative content to engage online audience and customers. •Personal Assistance: PA to two company directors; organise and schedule calendar entries; remind directors and engineers of important tasks and deadlines; ordering correct equipment ahead of scheduled bookings; managing databases; organising travel arrangements. •Office Management: Delegating work tasks to apprentice; raising Purchase Orders; taking and issuing payments; basic bookkeeping using Xero; credit control; ordering office stock; ensuring health and safety regulations.

•Reception & Membership Support: Welcoming all members and guests; resolving member complaints/concerns; ensuring high-security for all employees and members; logbooks; visitor badges; ensuring health and safety regulations are being followed appropriately; maintain an effective working relationship and knowledge between all departments; keeping up to date on Club offers and classes.
