Represent various clients in complex business litigation, including constitutional, entertainment, intellectual property, securities, employment, and real estate matters. Research and draft various appellate briefs in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth, Second, and Fourth Circuits, as well as briefs in the United States Supreme Court. Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, retaining and managing experts, drafting pre-trial filings, preparing for and leading trials, arbitrations, and mediations, and negotiating settlement agreements.
