I started Team Journey, a network of people dedicated to helping other people get healthy, by capitalizing on my natural strengths of helping people through motivation and inspiration. My goal is by helping one person at a time reach their fitness and weight loss goals. I have lost over 65lbs, by using a number of Beachbody Programs. I have used Focus T-25, 21 Day Fix, CIZE, Les Mills Pump, Les Mills Combat and P90X3. I love how I feel and look since losing the weight, I love going out and doing things with my family.I discovered my biggest strengths.I like to train and help train people so they can be successful!It’s my forte. It never seemed like anything special to me, but I realized that I was good at identifying training processes, then training other people on how to implement them and duplicate success. I was successful because I saw others being successful in their journey. Of course no journey ever goes to plan. There are set backs believe me I have had my share. Back injuries, ankle injuries, fibromyalgia, separated shoulder and a major concussion and whip lash. You get the picture. I have put on weight because I wasn’t able to be active, I emotionally eat because I thought it wasn’t fair to be in these situations. But I never give up! Tomorrow is a new day it brings new beginnings, we can look at it as a failure and stop or I can move and get back on track.My Team, is called Journey which is the team I started out to be my accountability group is grown into much more! Seeing others clients and coaches succeed and encourage each other is amazing! When I see their commitment, fears and emotions it confirms why I need to be a COACH.
