In 2023, I received my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.As Tax Innovation Leader in RKL’s Tax Services Group, I am responsible for developing and implementing firm-wide processes that foster growth and enhance efficiency. I consistently propels the Tax Services Group forward by championing adaptability in this ever-changing landscape. I expertly assess and oversee existing processes and software, which mitigates issues and ensures seamless operations.I am also responsible for providing tax planning and compliance services to pass-through entities and individuals and specialize in 1031 exchanges and accounting method changes.After spending more than 10 years on the traditional public accounting career path, I found an opportunity to create a new role for myself at RKL as Innovation Leader. My expertise lies in analyzing historical processes and devising innovative and efficient solutions to streamline them. My work also supports broader strategic goals related to innovation and excellence and helps to mitigate issues and identify opportunities in key areas such as service delivery, cross-functional collaboration and firm-wide procedures.
