Scrum environment supporting five business areas with two workflow systems. Interim ADM supporting our Retirement Division with a team of 14.

Project Manager for implementation of a policy system for our Group Life and Disability products. The project was designed to provide a platform for new business which required various interfaces with web, client server and mainframe technologies as well as the associated financial reporting. Vendor management included contract negotiations and personnel management.

Served as Scrummaster for a .Net, C# application team on one of Symetra's Financial Services websites providing policy information to customers, agents and policyholders.

Led an IT team in support of the Retirement Division's large mainframe policy systems. Built a website for agents and policyholders to view and manage their retirement products which interfaced with the polcy systems.

Supported our Sales and Marketing organizations with focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Coded client/server applications utilizing Visual Basic, Access, and SQL Server. Maintained applications written in VBA and VB3, as well as those written in VB6. Created complex reports using Crystal Reports. Coded and supported mainframe applications. Utilized COBOL, JCL, ALM, ISPF to add code and maintain legacy systems.
