As a Project Manager at the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University, I design, manage, and lead a diverse portfolio of student engagement opportunities and programs for undergrad and graduate students across Harvard's twelve schools. I have been working in this role for over 11 years, applying my MS in Mass Communication and my passion for connecting people and creating engagement opportunities.I develop and build relationships to connect students to the Center and to each other, and support and build interdisciplinary learning communities. I also design and manage the Center's Science and Innovation Fellowship Program, which prepares advanced doctoral students to serve as emerging leaders and change agents in their respective fields. I organize monthly skill-building workshops to help fellows foster, build, and leverage their communication, leadership, and innovation skills.I have demonstrated leadership across a wide range of work and volunteer activities, and have proven my ability to consistently balance multiple competing priorities and excel in a deadline-oriented environment. I am resourceful and find creative cost-savings measures to come in under budget. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams of all sizes, and contributing ideas while supporting and capitalizing on the strengths of the team.
