-Supervised the daily activities of the Purchasing Department. Reviewed Purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts. Evaluated vendor quotes and services to determine the most desirable suppliers. Was responsible for overseeing the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors for use in the corporate offices, U.S. and Canadian stores, distribution centers, and all field personnel. Managed accurate inventory of fixtures and supplies housed within each distribution center and reported on these findings monthly. -Managed and coordinated all Store Projects. This also included occasional work with 3rd party vendors to coordinate the installation and or removal of POS equipment and fixtures for a store grand opening or a store closing. Acted as the communication link to all stores, field personnel, corporate office, and distribution centers.

*Was responsible for processing and coding of all cash receipts collected. Processed, coded, and collected all accounts receivable invoices. Was responsible for balancing all accounts receivable month end reports and communicating any discrepancies. Maintained and managed all facility rentals, which included coordinating dates, contract negotiations, invoicing, and general inquiries. Traveled to multiple corporate locations to conduct audits of all accounts receivables during event weekends and to serve as additional support. Worked continuously through the sale and closing of the Rockingham corporate location.
